A modern interpretation of Hans Poelzig's classic 1930s design:
Originally designed by Hans Poelzig in the 1930s, this classic is one of the most iconic door handles of modernism. John Pawson reinterpreted the distinctive form in FSB 12422, slimmer, more elegant and extended in proportion.

Secure and comfortable to operate thanks to its oval grip shape:
The oval shape sits exceptionally securely in the hand, creating a stable and intuitive grip. A subtle finger recess supports the natural movement of the hand, allowing it to find the ideal position instinctively.

Good to know:
FSB 1242 can be found in architectural landmarks such as the Haus des Rundfunks in Berlin, Goethe University and the former I.G. Farben Building in Frankfurt.
