1. Shipping Terms

1.1 If the seller offers shipping of the goods, delivery will be made within the seller's specified delivery area to the shipping address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The shipping address entered during the seller's order process shall be decisive for the execution of the transaction.

1.2 If delivery of the goods fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This shall not apply to the costs of outward delivery if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. Regarding return shipping costs in the event of an effective withdrawal, the provisions set out in the seller's withdrawal policy shall apply.

1.3 If the customer is acting as a business, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the customer as soon as the seller has handed over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or entity designated to carry out the shipment. If the customer is acting as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration shall generally pass only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or an authorized recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk shall pass to a consumer upon handover to the carrier if the customer commissioned the carrier independently and the seller had not previously named that carrier to the customer.

1.4 The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply. This applies only where the non-delivery is not attributable to the seller and the seller has, with due diligence, concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability, the customer will be informed without delay and any payment will be refunded immediately.

1.5 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

2. Delivery and Shipping Costs

A. Shipping costs and information:

Shipping is available as standard only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipment will be carried out via DHL. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

I. Shipping within Germany:

Shipping costs to Germany amount to a flat rate of €5.90 for orders with a gross value of up to €39.99. Orders with a gross value of €40.00 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany. Delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days.

Customers in Germany have the option to select express shipping. The cost for express shipping is €14.00. Delivery within Germany via express shipping takes 1–2 business days.
