Return a Product

  • How to return your order.

  • You can return ordered products within 30 days without giving a reason.

    1. Start your return by visiting the returns portal.
    2. Go to the order containing the products you want to return.
    3. Use the prepaid return label we will provide to send your package back to us.

    The return shipping fee is €5.00.
    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the invoice amount to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the return shipping fee.
